Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Stock + 100% Paid for Benefits + PTO
Join our fast-paced and innovative EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) client as a Transmission Line Engineer, where you’ll contribute to the design and development of high-voltage electrical transmission systems ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV. This team supports a variety of turnkey EPC projects across the U.S., demanding agility, technical precision, and a solutions-focused mindset. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer with hands-on design capabilities and a solid background in civil or electrical transmission line engineering within the EPC environment, not traditional utility companies.
As a Transmission Line Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering cost-effective transmission line designs, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. You’ll apply both civil and electrical design practices to create detailed line designs, select appropriate structures and materials, and manage foundation and site design elements. This position also includes opportunities for project leadership and may involve travel for client and site meetings. Title and scope of responsibility will be aligned with years of experience and licensure, ranging from Engineer to Senior Project Engineer.
