Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
• A BSN from an accredited university (Master’s Degree preferred).
• At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting.
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Working Conditions

This position involves providing educational leadership to direct care providers, assessing the quality of care, and creating an environment of nursing excellence. You will coordinate and implement orientation programs, collaborate with medical providers, and monitor compliance with quality standards.
