Contract: 13 weeks with a possible extension, depending on need
Location: Burlington Wisconsin 53105
Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40)
Shift Information: Rotating weekday shifts 0700-1530, 0800-1630 or 0900-1830. Potential for shifts to change due to staff needs.
On Call, Call Back Requirements: Rotating weekday call. Rotating weekend call 1 in every 5 weekends. 45minutes responds time.
Weekend Rotation: No
Holiday Requirements: Yes, 1 holiday on call
Floating Requirements: No
Patient Service Area (PSA) DNU: South Wisconsin
Must Have
Abdomen and RVT certifications
Intravascular Ultrasound
OB Ultrasound
Pelvic ultrasound
