Your Role and Responsibilities

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Provide expert education, consultation, and leadership to enhance specialized patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing competencies while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and nursing staff to create and deliver educational curricula.
• Assess the quality of care for specific patient populations and implement strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate and monitor the orientation of nursing staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• Act as a resource for clinical practice interventions that improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in both formal and informal teaching, coaching staff nurses, and supporting their professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A BSN from an accredited university (Master's preferred).
• A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
• At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management.
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
