Job Description

System One is assisting a small, dynamic CPA firm in Tulsa, OK, with a search for an Experienced Tax Manager.  Their team is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where professional growth and client satisfaction are the top priorities.

• Oversee and manage tax preparation and planning for individual, corporate, partnership, and trust clients
• Review and ensure accuracy of tax returns prepared by staff
• Provide tax advisory services and develop tax strategies to optimize client outcomes
• Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff members
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to address their tax-related concerns
• Assist in business development efforts to attract new clients and expand service offerings

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
