Job Description & RequirementsShift Times/Schedule: Monday- Friday w/ rotating weekends, 8 hours per day
2 years of recent experience as a Pharmacist Inpatient.
Specialty Requirements/Years of Experience: chemo, compounding, acute care hospital
Licensure: CA Board of pharm
Certifications:
Special Procedures/Equipment: USP797-800 laminar airflow hoods
Charting System Experience: Cerner community works
Weekend/On Call Requirements: rotates
Floating Requirements: None
First Time Traveler (Y/N): Y
Additional Notes: very busy inpatient pharmacy with responsibility for chemo in outpatient cancer center
