​​About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Training and Content Management will report directly to the Director of Training and Project Management and play a critical role within our Care Operations organization. This leader will oversee a team of Training Specialists, Instructional Designers, and Content Analysts focused on delivering exceptional training and content that empowers world-class customer experiences. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally to design and implement scalable solutions for training and content delivery, supporting a diverse range of stakeholders, including clinical teams, project managers, customer experience teams, and operations staff. This role is essential to building a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in how we train our teams and deliver content at Hims & Hers.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience managing training teams, instructional design, and/or content management in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to deliver impactful training programs.

  • 5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing cross-functional teams.

  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and content development best practices, with a track record of delivering training that drives measurable outcomes.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment.

  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in an engaging and accessible manner.

  • A passion for working in a fully remote environment, with demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability.

Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry, with familiarity around clinical and regulatory training requirements.

  • Leadership experience in a rapidly scaling consumer tech or digital health organization.

Compensation

$135K – $155K

Outlined above is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates . If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.
