Nashville SC is looking for highly motivated college students interested in being a part of the Major League Soccer team in Nashville. The ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, the ability to multi-task, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Assist 1st Team Performance Dietitian with the Academy and 2nd Team performance nutrition Work closely with the Executive Chef and team Develop educational materials such as presentations, handouts, team talks, ect. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments under guidance of the 1st Team Dietitian Assist in catering team meals and delivery Manage nutrition inventory and ordering Coordinate nutritional care as a member of multidisciplinary sports performance team Qualifications: Enrolled in Undergraduate, Masters degree and/or Dietetic Internship for Nutrition or related field and eligible for college credit Available 20-25 hours per week. Available to intern onsite The understanding that working in sports is different than being a fan. This position does not guarantee candidates will be able to watch games. Many valuable positions within the organization are behind the scenes, and they provide little ability to watch the games. This internship is unpaid and is meant for students that will receive school credit and/or look to build upon their resumes.
