Your Impact at Lila You will design, launch, and refine Lila's signature talent programs-internships, fellowships, workshops, and beyond-while owning the full candidate journey. By mapping every touchpoint and improving processes, you'll ensure an outstanding, inclusive experience that scales as we grow.
What You'll Be Building - Bespoke cohort programs (internships, fellowships, bootcamps) that highlight Lila's mission
- Candidate journey optimization: awareness, application, interview, offer, onboarding
- Process & tooling improvements: standardized scorecards, automated updates, self-service portals
- Cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, Marketing, and Hiring Managers
- Metrics & continuous improvement: define KPIs, build dashboards, iterate on programs
- Targeted campus & lab engagement to feed flagship programs
What You'll Need to Succeed - 4 years designing and running multi-phase talent programs in high-growth tech or science environments
- Proven ability to map and optimize candidate journeys with measurable improvements
- Strong project management skills; adept at juggling multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Data fluency: defining KPIs, building dashboards, driving decisions from metrics
- Excellent facilitation and storytelling abilities-leading info sessions, panels, or immersive events
• Bonus Points For - Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and candidate-experience tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire, TalentWall, etc.)
- Background in bias-mitigation frameworks
- Prior work launching cohort-based learning or fellowship programs
