Job Description

Qualis is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Data and Documentation Analyst to support Army Aviation in the development, maintenance, and management of acquisition logistics documentation. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to gather and validate essential data inputs. The selected candidate will prepare and revise documentation in alignment with current Department of the Army (DA) Regulations, DA Pamphlets, Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI), and other U.S. statutory requirements.

Candidate will be responsible for drafting briefing materials and delivering updates and overviews to leadership on documentation progress, compliance status, and key deliverables. This role requires the ability to interpret and execute taskings from government leadership and operate both independently and within a team environment.

Work is conducted in a traditional office setting five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain comprehensive logistics documentation in accordance with applicable military and government standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of Army regulations, policies, and reference materials for ongoing documentation development.
• Create new documents tailored to project-specific requirements and government directives.
• Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current regulations.
• Execute ad hoc documentation tasks in response to specific government requests.
• Draft and present briefings, status updates, and overviews to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Convert Microsoft Word documents into final-format PDFs, incorporating annexes, appendices, and other structured elements as needed.
• Apply and manage digital signature fields for hierarchical approvals.
• Track document status and maintain logs to monitor "next due" milestones and deliverables.
• Archive all finalized documentation in a well-organized and accessible library.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams with proficiency to produce, edit, and present documentation.
• Participate in Microsoft Teams meetings and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years experience or High School diploma with 10+ years experience required
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Familiarity with Army aviation processes and documentation is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF creation and editing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Skilled in creating reports, visualizations, and executive-level briefings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and professionals from various technical and non-technical fields.
• Demonstrates exceptional grammar, spelling, formatting, and attention to detail to ensure all documentation meets professional and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
