Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Senior Area Executive Chef to join our team at one of our high-end Corporate Dining accounts at Delta Headquarters in Atlanta, GA! The current food landscape consists of 2 cafes serving breakfast and lunch, a fully licensed Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, and catering operations. The Senior Area Executive Chef will create and drive the culinary strategy for the business, elevating our culinary program to the next level. The Senior Area Executive Chef will oversee the culinary direction for the business with a focus on high-end catering. The Senior Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, ordering, inventory, training, and leading the development of the culinary staff. Incentives This position offers a traditional Business and Industry schedule, predominantly Monday through Friday. What You'll Do Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served Be hands-on with all-round culinary ability and craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads, and sauces Have a strong knowledge of food and be able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine Recognize and react to contemporary trends Use correct food terminology and cooking methods Constantly seek new recipes, ideas, and initiatives to improve food quality and service Mentor culinary personnel enthusiastically and effectively What We Offer Compensation is fair and based on education, experience, skills, and training.
