The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development and Compliance Quest architecture, with experience in pharma/MedTech industries. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integrations. Utilize programming tools and techniques to meet business needs. Ensure solution quality through testing and documentation. Participate in Agile practices and collaborate with global teams. Required Skills and Experience Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs (REST/SOAP), and integration patterns. Experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and customization. Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) and secure data practices. Experience with Compliance Quest architecture, Managed Package configuration, and customization, especially in Pharma/MedTech sectors. Additional Skills Strong communication skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and in teams, with organizational skills to meet deadlines. Qualifications Experience with Quality Management processes (NC, CAPA, Change, Audit) in Pharma/MedTech industries. Experience in GxP application development is preferred.
