• Conduct full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source potential candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Create job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Ability to effectively cold call potential candidates
• Experience in negotiating employment terms with candidates
• Knowledge of training development processes is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Paychex is a plus
