Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Commission Opportunity • Great communication • Real Estate license required About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
