Job Description: Real Estate Accounting Manager Location: Manhattan, NY Salary Range: $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking a Real Estate Accounting Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Prepare quarterly IFRS reporting requirements for the company and property partners. Review and consolidate key information provided by subsidiaries for financial reporting. Manage subsidiary submissions, including distributing financial reporting templates. Develop relationships with key contacts, including Finance Leads and Financial Systems teams. Oversee the legal entity hierarchy within OneStream, understanding ownership changes. Work with Internal Audit and the Risk and Controls teams to ensure controls are integrated. Respond to requests and assist with tasks from internal and external auditors. Liaise with the Finance team to optimize processes and address financial reporting challenges. Perform other related tasks and special projects as requested. Requirements 5+ years of accounting experience in complex multi-entity environments. Knowledge of real estate or financial services industries. Experience with consolidations, strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge. Public and/or private accounting experience. CPA certification strongly preferred. Proficiency in Excel and OneStream.
