Our painters perform a variety of duties, including scaffold assembly, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint, and painting interior or exterior walls. Our ideal candidate has previous work experience as a house and industrial painter and is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools to get the job done. Responsibilities: • Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces • Talk with clients to understand their needs and help them make the best decision • Build scaffolding when needed • Clean up work area once project is finished • Match and mix paint to job specifications • Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prep surfaces for painting by removing old paint, rust, or debris and applying primers or sealers. • Painting : Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, floors, and other structures using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. • Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while working with paints, solvents, and other chemicals. Use safety equipment such as masks, gloves, and goggles. • Equipment Management : Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment to ensure proper function and longevity. • Team Collaboration : Work with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Assist with the coordination of tasks on large projects. • Timely Completion : Complete projects according to deadlines, managing time effectively and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
