Description:

The Outbound Service Revenue Generator is responsible for initiating and managing outbound communication to existing and potential customers with the goal of increasing revenue through service-based offerings. This role will focus on upselling maintenance packages, scheduling service appointments, promoting filter replacements, offering system upgrades, and renewing service contracts.

Specific Job Function:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to promote service offerings such as filter replacements, maintenance plans, system upgrades, and warranty extensions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments with field technicians, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., customer interactions, quotes, service plans).
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to develop strategic outreach lists and campaign content.
  • Track and report on key metrics including contact rates, conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer retention.
  • Re-engage lapsed service customers and ensure timely renewals of expiring service agreements.
  • Provide clear communication about service benefits, timelines, and costs to customers.
  • Stay informed on all service offerings, pricing models, and system specifications to confidently address customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role—ideally with a focus on service-based revenue generation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
