Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives while driving sales performance. This role involves planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking sales data, supporting business development strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is both analytically minded and highly organized, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Assist in the development of sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
Maintain client communication and follow up on leads and inquiries.
Prepare marketing and sales reports for internal teams.
Manage timelines and ensure timely execution of all campaign components.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
