About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Houston Boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the business, including sales, client development, and service, as well as the coaching and counseling of staff. This role requires a strategic leader with a minimum of 5 years' prior store management experience, a proven track record in a high-volume retail environment, and a strong background in operational and financial management. The Managing Director will be expected to maintain the highest standards of service, ensure the boutique is well-supported in achieving its goals, and actively participate in the buying process.
