Knowledge of Mobile App configuration for Field Technicians. Experience with Field Service Dispatcher Console, Gantt charts, and resource optimization. Familiarity with Maintenance Plans, Product Items, and Service Reports. Ability to gather business requirements and develop scalable FSL solutions. Salesforce Integration Skills, including: Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for data exchange. Experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud. Ability to integrate Salesforce with ERP, scheduling, inventory, or other back-office systems. Understanding of secure integration practices, OAuth, Named Credentials, and data synchronization.
