Our client, a growing HVAC Contractor in Loomis, CA, is seeking an **HVAC Service Technician** to join their team. In this role, you'll assist lead technicians in installing, servicing, and repairing environmental control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidates will have a one- to two-year technical certificate or 6-12 months of hands-on HVAC experience.If you're eager to grow your skills with a company that values quality and teamwork, apply today! **Qualified candidates will be EPA Certified** **Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Location: Loomis, CA** **Pay Rate $62,400 - $83,200 annually D.O.E.** **What's the Job?** + Assembles sheet metal components and prefabricated furnaces + Cuts, punches, flanges, shears and solder's sheet metal ducts and parts, lubricates fans, motors and control units + Cements insulation in place over finished piping or tubing, cuts threads and packs pipes + Passes electrical wire through conduit, splices wire connections, and tapes wire, installs air and water filters in completed assembly + Replaces exhausted or defective containers of refrigerant with new refrigerant + Furnishes worker with materials, tools and supplies. Cleans work area machines, tools, and equipment and other routine duties as requested **What's Needed?** + 1-2 year certificate from college or technical school + At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in the industry + Ability to read/comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos + Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
