Competitive Pay: $70,000 - $100,000 annual salary range, plus commissions and performance-based bonuses.

EPA Refrigerant Certification (minimum)
Ideally living within 15-20 miles of Carrollton
2-4+ years of Residential Service HVAC Experience
Active Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
Must be able to consistently lift and carry 25-50lbs
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
