Job Title: Cogito Business Analyst Employment Type: Contract W2 (Remote) Pay Range: $50 - $100 per hour Description Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions within EPIC Cogito. Facilitate communication between data developers and business users. Define KPIs and performance metrics for clinical and operational teams. Lead requirements gathering and documentation efforts. Ensure reporting solutions align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Gather and document reporting requirements. Collaborate with Cogito teams to implement solutions. Analyze data trends and provide insights. Assist in the design of dashboards and reports. Support user testing and issue resolution. Qualifications 5 years of experience as a business analyst in healthcare. Hands-on experience with EPIC Cogito Suite. Strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with healthcare workflows and metrics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, or related field.
