CNA - 3pm - 11pm shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Record vital signs and patient data in Meditech under RN/LPN supervision
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, walking)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment following infection control policies
• Respond to emergencies and assist with hospital-wide communication procedures

Shift Details:

🕒 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Ability to work the designated 2nd shift schedule (weekends required)

Preferred:

• Dementia Care Training (We will provide training if needed)
