Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care through education and leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing educational curricula for nursing staff.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to promote compliance and improve clinical outcomes.
• Providing clinical expertise, consultation, and leadership in selected clinical areas.
• Facilitating project teams to enhance systems and processes within ECHN.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and a current Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting.
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
