Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:

• Provide clinical expertise , education, and consultation to enhance patient care.
• Facilitate educational programs and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve clinical outcomes and resource allocation.
• Lead initiatives that promote high-quality nursing practices.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree from an accredited School of Nursing and a current Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university; a Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting.
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Working Conditions

In this role, you will:

• Provide educational leadership to enhance specialized patient care.
• Assess the quality of care for specific patient populations.
• Coordinate and implement nursing staff orientation and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with medical providers and staff to develop and deliver educational curricula.
