Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from We Are Legal Revolution US Talent Acquisition - helping you find your dream job and companies find the best talent Civil Litigation Associate | Public Entities, Corporations & Insurers | High-Impact Defense Litigation | Exceptional Mentorship & Trial Exposure | Downtown LA | Up to $180k Highlights: • Work with Prominent Clients - Represent cities, school districts, public agencies, corporations, and insurers in complex civil litigation defense, including cases involving sexual molestation, slips and falls, and employment disputes. • Diverse Litigation Experience - Dive into heavy discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation across practice areas like public entity defense, insurance litigation, and general liability - no prior trial experience needed, as you’ll gain it here. • Exceptional Mentorship - Thrive under the guidance of Dana McQueen, a standout trial attorney known for winning cases, within a supportive, family-oriented team of 21 attorneys. • Partnership Track & Team Culture - Clear 5-6 year path to partnership, paired with a “work hard, play hard” ethos featuring fun lunches, trial victory celebrations, and strong camaraderie. • Case Management & Litigation - Manage civil litigation defense cases from start to finish, drafting motions, handling extensive discovery, and preparing for trials (currently prepping for the firm’s 7th trial), with a focus on public entity and corporate defense. • Client Representation - Defend public entities (cities, schools, agencies), corporations, and insurers in high-stakes matters, including premises liability, employment disputes, and catastrophic injury claims. • Collaboration & Growth - Partner with seasoned attorneys like Dana McQueen and a dedicated team of 15 staff, gaining trial experience and mentorship in a firm known for its aggressive defense strategies and client trust. Salary & Benefits: • Paying up to $180k depending on experience, with bonuses • Additional Perks - Family-oriented culture with fun lunches and trial victory celebrations; benefits TBD (inquire for specifics on health, dental, etc.).
