Job Summary:
Bussers at Wally's Providence support the service team by maintaining clean and organized tables, assisting with food delivery, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Support the team in restocking plates, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Dispose of trash and maintain sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Food Runner

Job Summary:
Food Runners at Wally's Providence play a crucial role in delivering food quickly and accurately while ensuring guests receive an excellent dining experience. They work closely with the kitchen and service teams to provide efficient food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food to tables accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure proper order fulfillment.
• Assist in organizing and expediting orders in the kitchen.
• Provide guests with descriptions of dishes when delivering food.
• Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards.
• Assist in clearing plates and resetting tables as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to carry multiple plates and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to days, work nights, weekends, and holidays.
