The ideal candidate will work closely with servers and hosts to ensure seamless service, maintain immaculate dining areas, and provide guests with an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated (table settings, silverware, glassware, and linens).

• Assist servers in clearing plates, glassware, and utensils between courses promptly and discreetly.

• Reset tables swiftly and properly after guests depart to maintain flow of service.

• Refill water glasses, replace napkins, and attend to guest needs in a professional and non-intrusive manner.

• Support the front-of-house team by ensuring a clean, organized service station and dining area.

• Handle dishware and glassware carefully to prevent breakage and noise.

• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

• Assist with special events, private dining setups, and large parties as needed.

• Communicate guest feedback or special requests to servers or management.

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• High standard of personal appearance and professionalism.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, and to lift up to 40 lbs.
